LOGAN turns 10

Logan just turned 10 years old last week! She was so excited to have a birthday party with lots of friends. I was not looking forward to 10 girls running around my house, so we did a ceramics party at "GLAZED EXPECTATIONS" in Carrboro.
Each of the girls selected their own ceramic piece to paint (there were lots of horses, princesses, fairys and mermaids). The pieces will be glazed and ready to pick up in a week!

I had Dominos deliver pizza right to the cermaic shop so the girls ate right after they fininshed painting. Then Logan opened presents and we played the famous "Criger Present Game". We finished up right in time for parents to come by and pick up their daughters. It wa such a fun party - and the best part was that when it was over we just took a trash bag of pizza boxes to the garbage can and we were done. Logan had a fun time with all her friends and is so glad to be 10!!

Logan, Your birthday party sounded like the best kind of party ever!!! Your Mom didn't have to have 10 girls tearing up the house, and you had fun painting a favorite ceramic. By the way "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I am your Grandpa Crigers little sister, but I'm getting old. Little sister means that I am just younger than him. He used to like to scare me when I was little. He, my other sister, Aunt Jeanette, and I slept in the same bedroom (different beds)He would slip out of bed, very quietly and and slide under our beds, and then come up growling to scare us half to death. He liked to heckle us, but he was GOOD big brother. Happy Birthday again!
Love, Aunt Verlene
